Drivers who choose to pay their tolls using the PaybyPlate MA system will be charged a $0.60 fee for each invoice. This fee is in addition to the toll amount and is used to cover the cost of processing toll payments online.
Drivers who have already registered for PaybyPlate MA will receive an invoice in the mail after each toll payment is processed. The invoice will list the date, time, location, and amount of the toll, as well as the $0.60 processing fee. Drivers can also log in to their accounts online to view toll transactions and invoices.
Notes: These invoice charges can be changed anytime as per the consent of the company.

What if the system couldn’t read my details while crossing the toll plaza?
If the E-ZPass couldn’t read the vehicle registration number while scanning due to any reason. Then, they will use another system to find the details regarding your vehicle with the integrated system for fetching the details.
What if I pay my monthly toll charges online?
If you clear the dues of the Pay by Plate Monthly Invoice online then there wouldn’t be any charges. On the other hand, if you want to get the invoice by mail then you would have to pay $0.60 for its charges.
